As I mentioned, I'd be tempted to include a link to that question saying that you read it, and to be clear about what part confused you in light of the lawsuit you're referring to. What I meant was more along the lines of "is my conclusion that this patent expired (or didn't expire) correct?". (Which became even more relevant now that my conclusion isn't the same as what I found in relation to the one lawsuit I know of relating this IP.) | |
